Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 23, 2026

This policy explains what information Social Content Masters collects when you use socialcontentmasters.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We have written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

Who we are

Social Content Masters is a social media content agency based at 690 W Lake Mead Blvd, North Las Vegas, NV 89030. You can reach us at +1 (725) 444-4155 or Info@mail.socialcontentmasters.com. We are the controller of the personal information described here.

Information you give us

When you fill in a form, book a call, or start a chat on this site, we collect what you choose to enter. That typically includes:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your business name, industry and website
  • Anything you tell us about your goals, budget or current content
  • The time slot you pick when booking a session, and your time zone

You do not have to give us any of this. If you would rather not use a form, call us instead.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we record some technical detail when you visit. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you look at, how long you stay, and the site or ad that sent you here. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

The tools we use

Rather than list vague categories, here is exactly what runs on this site:

GoHighLevel (LeadConnector)

Our contact forms, booking calendars and chat widget are provided by GoHighLevel. Anything you submit through them goes into our customer relationship management system, which is where we manage enquiries and follow up with you.

Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and where visitors come from. It reports on visits in aggregate, not on you by name. Google Tag Manager is the container that loads our measurement tags.

Meta Pixel

We run a Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel so we can measure whether our ads lead to enquiries, and so we can show ads to people who have visited this site. It reports page views and completed enquiries back to Meta.

Google reviews widget

The reviews shown on our homepage are loaded from our business profile. Displaying them loads content from a third party, which can set its own cookies.

How we use your information

  • To answer your enquiry and arrange a call
  • To deliver the services you have engaged us for
  • To send you follow-ups, proposals and, if you have opted in, marketing email or text messages
  • To measure which marketing works so we are not wasting spend
  • To keep the site secure and working properly
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business, such as our CRM, email and analytics providers named above, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. Those providers are only permitted to use the information to provide their service to us.

Marketing messages

If you agree to receive email or text messages from us, you can stop them at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any text message, or contact us directly. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages that relate to work we are actively doing for you, such as scheduling or invoicing.

Your choices over tracking

  • Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings
  • Google offers an opt-out browser add-on for Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
  • You can control how Meta uses your activity for advertising in your Meta ad preferences

Blocking cookies may stop parts of the site, such as the booking calendar, from working correctly.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Nevada residents have the right to tell us not to sell their personal information, which we do not do in any case. If you are covered by California or similar privacy laws, you have equivalent rights of access, correction and deletion. Email us and we will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up or to show what was agreed, and client records for as long as our accounting and tax obligations require. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

Security

We use reputable providers and restrict access to your information to the people who need it to do their work. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously.

Children

This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Other websites

Our site links to other places, including our social profiles and our booking subdomain. Once you leave this site, this policy no longer applies, and you should read the policy of whichever site you land on.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when what we do changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
